Breaking the code:  What right-wingers REALLY mean when they talk about "Real Americans"

I am frankly sick and tired of being called unpatriotic for opposing the latest war;  a socialist or communist for daring to consider realities of income, wealth, and merit;  immoral for occasionally siding with gays, atheists, Muslims, etc.;  racist (!) for endorsing some forms of affirmative action.  Today's Republicans love to pepper their remarks with references to "Real Americans", and for some reason I always get the feeling they are excluding me.  For those of you still in the dark about exactly what they have in mind when spouting off this way, I have prepared the following handy Venn diagram:
